What is ChurchSuite?

Church Suite is a tool that we want to use to help us communicate better with our church family. Primarily, the aim is to facilitate contacts management in a GDPR compliant manner. Church members who sign up can then manage their communications preferences (can we call you, email you, etc), as well as what information they share with other church members. In the future we hope it will give us the opportunity to manage event sign-ups, make it easier to co-ordinate rotas, allow people to more easily interact with connect groups and other things.

How do I sign up?

Simply click here and fill in the form. Once someone has processed your form, you will receive an invitation email.

If you have children, please add them at this stage too. If you are a couple with children and are both signing up, only one of you should sign up your children. Once you have received an invitation and logged in, then it is possible to register yourselves as a couple. Once you are registered as a couple, then your children will show up for both of you.

What do I do with my invitation email?

Once you have signed up, and someone has processed your form, you’ll receive an email that looks like this. It will be from an address like no-reply@tx-churchsuite.com. If you were expecting to get one and didn’t, please check your spam folder. Simply click the “Go to My ChurchSuite” button and follow the on-screen instructions to setup a password and login.

How do I login?

Once you have an account, you can log in at: stastb.churchsuite.com, or use the app which is available for  Apple  and  Android  phones. If you use the app, you’ll need to put “stastb” in the top box to select our church:

Privacy

When logging in for the first time, you will be presented with a warning about sharing your details with church members (see below). If you want to get involved with rotas or connect groups then your details (e.g. name) need to be shared for you to do this. When you share your details, they will also be visible to other church members who use Church Suite via the “Search for Others” section. If you want to share your details for rotas/connect group, but do not wish to be visible in “Search for Others” please contact us so that we can set this up on your account.
